A Christmas Page of Writings

Perhaps the fact that I was born on Dec. 25th is what propelled me towards my love of the wonderful.  Certainly every year I played Santa Clause in the school play, not just because of my girth but because I was the only kid who owned a pair of red PJs which could be easily altered into a Santa suit.

I also think being a Christmas Lover drove me to become a Dickensian scholar.  I in fact believe that Christ's gospel has never been better restated than by Charles Dickens.

Christmas, like Halloween, stirs my imagination.  The only "A" I earned in expository writing was an essay examining my changing perception of the holiday.
